Does it need a new home?

I would gladly adopt it and give it a nice warm place to sleep :D

I forget how much I like the N frame 357's....sweet piece.

Thanks, everyone. I am just a poor workin stiff who was buying and trading smiths when you couldnt give them away at shows! I am just now bringing guns out to show,I havent even shown my family some of this stuff! This pre 28 is in great shape and all matching numbers.

Yes, you dropped a digit as the HP starts at S103500.

FYI - I have S116400 and it shipped 9/3/54.

Oops, silly me!Thats what happens when you reach the ripe old age of 35!Yep there is another number.

I would have loved to have caried my HP as my duty sidearm. However, my agency would not allow an officer to carry anything other than a revolver chambered for the .38 Special only. Well, my Outdoorsman did the job for 33 years, so I can't complain.

There was just something about these old guns that I love. I still have my first 38/44 that I bought for around $160 with duty holster!Im glad I was into these older smiths before the craze hit!

At one time I owned an HP with the SN S 110231. At that time I believed it to be first year production. In a fit of stupidity I traded it off and I am still too ashamed to discuss the details.
