Pre-Victory shipping dates please

Could someone provide approx. ship dates for Pre-Victories #753353, #832745 and #871267? Thanks in advance, Ron

753353 April-May 1941. Both in the 800s would have shipped sometime in the September-Novemer 1941 period. Exact dates would require a factory letter.

Can you post a copy of your letter? The first pre-Victories under Commonwealth (South African) contract shipped in March 1940. but the British were buying whatever guns they could get, wherever they could find them, prior to that time. So yours seems to be a pre-contract, pre-Victory. Serial numbers do not track well with shipping dates throughout the 1930s until the large 1940 Commonwealth contracts started. I have several SNs on my list around 714xxx which shipped somewhat later in 1940, and typical SNs shipping that early in 1940 appear to be below 700,000.
