If you have one or several S&W presentation cases that are missing the yellow lift tabs, you know how hard it can be to get the bottom insert out sometimes. My stepson works part time at a popular retail office supply store. While walking around waiting for him to go to dinner, I spotted something that I couldn't believe. I know, what could possibly be exiting in a office supply store. Well it was exiting to me, as I had been looking for that exact item for years. I found the exact material that is in the S&W presentation cases for lifting the bottom insert. It is the right color, width, and can be bent to fit any case, and the box that it comes in is made to be used as a dispenser. I had looked at every building supply place in town, but just didn't know what to ask for. It is a Duck Strapping Kit. As I don't work for the company, and it is the only brand that I have found that makes that color, and you can't buy it directly from the company, I am going to put the link here so that you will know what it looks like hanging on a peg hook, or at least that's how these were displayed. I am not 100% sure about the rules regarding putting a link in a thread or post, and if it is wrong to put this here, then I hope that one of the moderators will let me know.
