Price check and date check on M 36-1

Woftraxjr. bought this clean M36-1 for $425...I told him I thought it was fairly priced and likely DOB in 1982 or 1983,but would run it by the forum for verification...What do you think ?

I don't know the years that the -1 span... My 36-1 SN# J641XXX was bought new 1/1980.
