I am looking at a Smith & Wesson CS9. It is in very good condition but has no box and just a single magazine. This is the stainless model

Thanks

Own one myself. Very good condition with one mag I would say around $475-500. Tough to find in my area. Hope ya can score it.

Sounds about right - very nice size and feel.

Silver may be a bit higher than blue and of course condition would be significant - blues dont seem to hold up as well as earlier blue 3rd gen pistols.

Parts availability is so so - but better than CS40/CS45 - recoil springs are available (probably the first thing I would check/replace) - but recoil spring guide rods are not (opposite of CS40/CS45). (Unlikely that you would need much other than springs except maybe grip if badly worn)

7 rd Magazines from early 3913TSW/3953TSW (different from 8 rd for late 3913TSW/3953TSW and all other 3913/3953 and 391x/395x variants) can be used (slightly different base?)

Suggest you see what they are asking and make offer on low side - you can always split the difference or pay asking price.

A good addition to any collection and when well-maintained a very effective Carry pistol. Far more accurate than other pistols the same size. A good deal at around $500. I carried one for about ten years. Still own it. Also still fun to shoot at close targets on the range. I know LEO's who carried them as back up guns. Yes, I lke them.
