Problems with Gunbroker website?

If you click on the "help" button it will bring you to an area where you can get most of your questions answered.
You’re never going to get in a dialogue with a Gunbroker representative. If it’s not on the website, you ain’t gonna find it . . .

GB Support is like making a wish in a wishing well. I've somehow been flagged, and can no longer bid on the site.
Numerous inquiries to their "Support Team" go completely unanswered. For weeks now.
I've never failed to follow through on a purchase or bid, but somehow got on "the blacklist". Who friggen knows.
I'm to the point I no longer care. The site has been plagued with "real" scammers and cheaters.
There are a lot ("the majority") of good honest traders on GB, but their management bites the big one.
I may get another ping for stating the facts, but I'd much rather do business with the folks on this Forum.

I've bought 7 or 8 guns through GB in the past but they seemed to get hinky about five years ago and I've not even been to the site since.
Ask your questions here, many of use are buyers and some are sellers on GB. Might be able to help.
Never bought or sold on it, so no help from me, but I can tell you the ball is in their court in this digital world.
