Wish you all luck, I personally just wanted to let you all know what was going on. It's a computer maybe it somehow crashed and lost orders who knows, but hopefully it will work out for you all. Just sent pm to 3 of you.
Guys, there is the answer to all of the questions. Promag is using the same program that Brownells is using! BTW- Brownells never said they fixed the problem. They stated that they had FOUND the problem. Just a thought,IDK. Maybe Botach will start shipping now. Wouldn't that be great! We could only wish. In any event I hope promag gets this sorted out for everyone.
I ordered some last night and they were on my doorstep this morning- simply unbelievable!
Seriously, ProMag appears to really be screwing up, no surprise there.
I'm going to try my darndest to contact them today via email, phone and fax.
We deserve an explanation as to why people who ordered over a month ago have received nothing where some very recent orders are shipping right out.
Ordered my ProMag on 2/12, package came today, 12/22not bad!!
So if I'm reading all of this right, my order placed on 1/22 could be lost in cyberspace? And if I try ordering again I may have better luck? That sounds like a shame. I have been patiently waiting and it seems they aren't answering calls anymore, just leave a message and they'll call in 3 days. Email and they'll reply in 7 days. When I placed the order, they were in stock and the big red message wasn't on the main page, the next day (1/23) it was stating they were delayed as of 1/17. What's the deal?? I am losing faith in most internet retailers when it comes to these issues.
I just emailed them after reading your concerning post, along with others. Seems like a long wait for something from such a large company. Thankfully I have 6 S&W magazines to shoot with for now, but my patience is growing thin. At least I found a reliable source for ammo for less than $0.05 a round.

Kindly share your source of ammo please...
I'm sure the source is CMP except now the price is 5.5 cents a round including freight. Expected delivery could be as late as October.
