ProMag shipping out of order.. Official reply!

I posted the other day I would make every effort to contact ProMag about why later orders were getting shipped first.
Received an email today with the following-

"I am very sorry about this issue, as our shipping department has made a mistake. We are well aware of this issue, and plan on shipping out these back orders as soon as we can.

Thanks"

That was it, no estimation of when....

I talked with a lady today on the phone. She told me they have not shipped any orders of the 15-22 32rd magazine by mistake. They were going down the list first orders first and she made very clear it was a long list. That is for the 32rd mag 15-22.
