public ranges in the mpls/st paul mn area?

making a trip this weekend for some of my daughters pre-wedding events....thought I may sneak off and kill some paper....anyone know of any public ranges...I'm ok paying if not too costly....I have been to the Bill's Gun Shop Ranges...but a bit high....don't mind if it's outside.
