This is Pearl, an 8 week old West Highland terrier pup. I've always had bigger dogs but my wife had a Westie before and wanted another.
Our Kimber (chow/ GSD mix) is 11 and the cat nobody sees is 14. Time for some young blood around here..

They are a great dog and very playful and love to eat...........
so don't let them get over weight, if they don't get a walk and exercise.

Don't yell or cow them down when young...........and they will be a happy
and playful dog as they learn to love and trust you.

Here is ours.

and then this one.............

My two pictured in a post above always enjoyed sitting in front of the TV with their snacks on Puppy Bowl day...I understand there's also a human version of this great game played elsewhere, but I don't know whether it's televised......Ben

I had a Westie mix once, she was a feisty little dog. A neighbor's friend walked into my house by mistake and she almost bit him. Willyboy

Dirty little ankle nippers only good for making noise when strangers come around and targets. Get a real dog, man. A spaniel, or a Newfie, or one of them highland shepherds. LOL

It's a dog and actually I like 'em all until they become a nuisance.

We have one in the neighbourhood that gets out because her owner won't keep her chained or keep the electric fence on, and she uses my yard for a port-a-potty. If I could catch it at the right moment, I'd teach it and him some manners.

If their dog is "misplacing" items in your yard, you should return them. It's the right thing to do. If you put them in their mailbox, I'm sure they would find them.:D:D:D

Went shooting at indoor range today, guy had a pit bull there that was a sweet Dog. I'm a Dog person and all Dogs can tell so they come up to me. This one was a rescue, went to vehicle and got 2 treats for him. Rubbed his ears and scratched his back, bout licked me to death. Sadly pits have a bad name from the Sorry owners that mistreat them.

IIRC putting anything in a mail box other than mail can get one in trouble. Dog doo would be pretty bad for the postal Police to ask one about. Get a shovel and toss it back in their yard at night…
