I haven't even fired it yet, but just put my new 432UC on a diet. Weighed in at 17.32 oz stock.
With a pair of Crimson Trace 105 grips, it is down to under 15, a savings of over 2.5 oz.
I didn't do it just for the weight, though. I don't care for how the gun points with the stock VZ grips. With a quick, natural grip, it points quite high for me. I have been happy with my other frequently-carried J-frame, a 638, which is also fitted with CT laser grip. Similar weight with the same CT grips.
