Netted this no dash four screw 15, SCSW say early1959. Probably 90% plus or minus. It came with a set of custom target grips which, of course, don't work for me, so I'm on the search for some period correct diamond magnas. Overall, a great day today!

VERY NICE, IM ON MY THIRD 15, AND JUST BOUGHT A 12-2. THE 15 IS BY FAR THE ONE OF THE BEST REVOLVERS THAT SMITH EVER MADE, I WISHED THAT THEY MADE THE NEW CLASSIC MODELS IN 2'' BLUED OR NICKEL,PREFERABLY NICKEL..

It looks classy with its target hammer and trigger and bright blue. I used to be able to boast I'd shot a string of two inch or better 25 yard groups with every .38 and .357 S&W I'd owned. I can't make that claim anymore but that's no fault of the revolvers. They're all accurate. I love the used revolver shelves. You never know what'll grab your fancy next.

I keep reading posts from you folks about your pawn shop deals. I keep looking, but there are no bargains in the shops here.

But the search is fun anyway!

It's all about the hunt, Mike! There used to be a couple good shops off 4th Plain, but it's been years since I've been down there. There is a good shop in Longview run by an old buddy of mine, Gators Custom Guns I think.....Wally gets some good deals in sometimes.
