This is an unusual German revolver my wife's grandfather picked up in Germany during WWII.

It is 7.65 caliber (32 Browning) and is a single action 6 shot. On the side it says "Karl Pfestorf".

I know this is not a S&W, but figured you guys know more than anyone about revolvers :-) I google searched and came up with nothing useful.

Any input would be appreciated, thanks!

Karl Pfestorf was a master gunsmith making sporting weapons in Zella-Mehlis, Thuringia, Germany at the turn of the 20th Century.
