QUESTION

Just purchased a Walther PPK/S. Lovely gun. There is a orange colored plastic item in the box with the gun & clips, but no explanation as to what it is. Nothing in the instruction booklet either.
Anyone know what its used for?

I think you are talking about a chamber flag since its orange. You put it in the chamber and close the slide. That way everyone knows it has an empty chamber.

Frequently termed "the cheeto". Especially when the head allows the bolt/slide to eject it from the chamber.
