Radian Raptor 15-22 Charging Handle

Hey guys, I’ve found out about the Radian charging handle that they made specifically for the 15-22 a while back. I think some of them came with an ambi safety as well. Just curious to know how it performs for those of you that have it, and if anyone has an extra they could part with. Thanks!

Personally, that item and price is three times what a comparable one is.

I have a few on some ARs and really like them. Never seen the need or had the desire to replace the factory one on my 15-22.

The Radian Raptor ambidextrous charging handle is definitely a great replacement to the Panther factory one.

The Radian allows more space to get my fingers onto the handle. The ambidextrous action insures I get a positive grip if my index and middle fingers are not able to get both on the handle. The grooved grip surface is nice if my hands are sweaty or wet. The extended length of the grips is also good if I have gloves on.

Other than the obvious features and benefits, the name alone makes my Panther more badarse.

You got the inside line on one? I'd like to compare one too. I've really enjoyed my Next Level Armament upgrade. Wasn't cheap, but doesn't feel cheap either.

Is Radian even still making them for the 15-22? I bought the combo set (Ambi CH & Ambi Safety) a few years ago for my 15-22. Both have been on my 15-22 ever since with no issues. Easy install and works like a champ.

I don't think Radian offers anything for the 15-22 anymore.

There does seem to a fair number of other manufacturers making similar items, though:

• 1) NDZ
  2) Next Level Armament
  3) Rainier Arms
  4) Trybe

I have no experience with any of the above.

If the Ranier feels and performs as good as it looks, I'd try one. Might get one for the wifes' when I talk her into one [emoji848] maybe just an excuse to buy one is all I need...
