First time I’ve ever seen a wind turbine in a city, Boone NC. A stones throw from “downtown”.
Mom's Master Naturalist and Master Gardner groups dedicated a education station to her a couple months ago. She will be turning 83 this month and is wrestling with vascular dementia caused by microstrokes. This has caused her to forget how to do most of the activities she used to be so good at. Pictures of the education station and Mom with my sister.
