My first day out with the week-old S&W M&P 15-22. The rifle zeroed easily and has the same zero at both 25 and 50 yards. I used IBSZ but I doubt she's on at 200.

My main concern was ammunition checks and making sure all four magazines worked properly. Only issues were with CCI High Velocity 36gr in one magazine. May be mag loading related but only one magazine and one ammo tells me different. Winchester HV Super-X and CCI stardard velocity were perfect. All shot the same zero at 25 and 50.

Anyway, after 400 rounds or so it was time to go home and I had all four magazines full. "Heck, lets just blast it!"

90% in the black at 50 yards. Standing. Non-supported. I think a click of right windage will bring them all into the black. 10 year old Tasco red dot sight. Both eyes open.

Oh, yeah, all 100 rounds were fired non-stop other than magazine changes. Probably only a minute or so. This is going to save me a lot of 5.56mm ammo!

I'm happy with this lil' critter! A buddy pointed out even the rifle is smiling!

Those out of the black are mainly to the left. The first shot was, of course, right in the little red dot! (Sure it was, Chuck...)

Looks like you (and the rifle) are having way too much fun!

Lynn, would you please count the holes in the target and report your findings. :)

Nice range report. Good to hear it shoots and no issues except the possible mag related one. Saw your post on arfcom also. ;)

 Holy bandwidth. :p

Great Shooting! Did anyone notice the smiley face in the first picture? Look at the trigger! ;) Was that staged? lol
