Anyone have experience with them? I called them, after waiting on hold finally got a rep. My call was dropped and no return call. I tried Email and in four days got one response for the number on my charge master. They make excellent products but I wish CS was a little better

RCBS has top notch service. As good or better than the Blue guys.

They are very busy, call again. If you e mail it will take several days for a answer.

I shipped them a power trimmer with trashed bushings and several other problems. They completely rebuilt it and shipped it back for free. I can't speak to why they were hard to reach but once you get their attention the service is excellent.

Thanks guys
I think as said they are busy, I guess when we have problems we want answers now! I know they will take care of my concerns.

Call them again and wait until you speak to someone. They are focused on making the customer happy and will take care of your problem.

They are like dillon. You can't buy repair parts they are free. They stand behind their products. They are very knowledgeable
and helpful.Long time to answer but worth it.

I sent them a .40/10MM carbide sizer die that was out of spec just before Christmas. I got the replacement 2 days ago. The replacement works as it should. It is only the second time I've had to send in a die because it wasn't made correctly. The last time was in the early '80s with a 32-40 sizer. Under the circumstances, with two holidays and them being very busy otherwise, I consider the turnaround time to be exceptional. Looks like the same old RCBS to me, which is to say pretty dang good.

RCBS customer service has always been stellar for me !
Five star service

I have emailed them in the past and always had a good return email within a couple of days. Recently, I had to call them in regards to an older RCBS press that I purchased that was damaged during shipment to me. I was put on hold for several minutes and then spoke with a very nice gentleman in their service department - he was very helpful even though they didn't have parts for the press anymore due to the age of it. I was very satisfied with them.

A lot of companies have excellent service departments and everyone has different experiences with them - sometimes due to either they are super busy or their particular plant schedule.

My experience with them was on the positive side.

The only problem I've ever had with RCBS products it that the little white plastic foot for my 5-0-5 scale has cracked.
Since it adjusts the zero of the scale, I should get it replaced.
Guess, I should call them and send it in.
Now, I have to find that scale. Haven't used it in years.

If Dillon is a 10 (and they are) then I'd say RCBS is a 9 1/2. The only thing is they take a bit longer than Dillon to ship, but they are just as reliable in my experiences.
