I called RCBS today hoping to replace a 1966 powder measure hopper. She took my name, address and said they will send a new one, NO CHARGE.

Glad to hear you had a good experience. Too many times all we hear is the bad, thanks!

By the way, I was through your neck of the woods Saturday. Coming back from the Indy 1500 we stopped off in Parker City, on SR32, then came through Marion on SR15.

Ever been there?

they replaced my used 1010 scale with a new one, no questions, no charge. they get all my business.

Not a major item, but the o ring broke on my bullet puller hammer. Called and they are sending a new chuck and o ring. I probably have the right size ring in the garage somewhere.

A buddy bought a used RCBS primer pocket swager at a gun show. Turned out the low price was justified; it was missing the small swager. He called RCBS to buy one. He explained the situation, had his credit card out. They sent him a new one, no charge. First class mail in 3 days.

Everybody raves about Dillon, and their customer service is second to no one. The same can be said of RCBS and Hornady.

I just broke a primer catcher on an 18 year old press. They refused to let me buy one and sent a new one out the next day. That's truly typical of RCBS. I've had nothing but good luck with them.

Just got off the phone with RCBS Customer Service. I needed a primer catcher for my Rock Chucker. I lost the old one. I also needed a shell plate for a trim Pro, a sizing insert for a die a decap assembly for a die and a collett for the kinetic bullet puller. I too had a credit card out. Didn't need it. They refused the money and are sending everything I need for free. Good company. I use RCBS and Dillon products. Small wonder why.
