The RCBS jr is a great little press. I happen to have one on my bench that is more than 40 years old. It works just fine. A RC will have more leverage, but will cost you nearly $100 used these days.
As far as prices go, a JR2 typically goes for about $40 these days. if the dies are exactly what you need (I don't remember if you said they were carbide or not) then its in the ballpark. This assumes RCBS or equivalent quality dies.
