Once I got to talk to an RCBS rep today, I wanted a second primer arm set-up for my RC-IV press. I explained to the man how difficult it is for me to change the plug, sleeve, and spring from the small primer to large primmer set-up. I would like to be able to change the whole primer arm assy with the appropriate small and large plug and sleeve already installed. This means having two primer arm assy's.

I also wanted a new No 6 shell holder and O-rings for my impact puller.

Long story short.......all parts will be sent free of charge. Great Company.

Both RCBS and Dillon are tops when it comes to customer service and thats why they have such a loyal following, along with great products!

RCBS is great. Bought a 7.62 x 39 die set, was missing the .311 expander ball (comes with 2, also .308) and they also sent pack of decaping pins with the ball, no charge. Good company.

duck...+1 on rcbs...great company!regarding your impact hammer (o-rings)have you tried using a shell holder rather than the o-ring assembly?
