This is my 5" TL. Take a look at the bottom rear edge of the barrel shroud. You can see the third lock latch plate in the front of the frame. The TL also has a rectangular front locking bolt where it sticks out the front of the shroud as seen in the second picture-

As noted, your revolver is a 3rd model and does not have the third lock.
