I like to go to Sweet Tomatoes and pick up a couple quarts of cream of mushroom and a quart of cream of chicken soup. (they do not have COC often so I substitute a family size can of Campbells low sodium) Pull out the crock pot, put the three quarts of soup in, stir and add some minced onion and garlic, maybe some cracked black pepper. Then add 4 or 5 boneless chicken breasts. Cook on low all day long (I start it before I go to work and it is ready for dinner) The chicken can be pulled apart with a fork and we eat it over white rice. If the gravy is a bit thin just mix some corn starch in a little cold water, add and stir.
