I have personally recovered 2 guns from the same guy at the same time. 1 was missing the striker and the other had the striker in backwards. It does happen, a lot.Seeing how the slide will not go on the frame and most of the parts are there. I would say the felon wasn't running around town at 2300 hrs with a inoperable, in pieces weapon under the seat of his car.
