Reloading press dust

Pretty much all the same. The one that showed the least dirt etc was the old brown Herter's presses...of which I still have a couple

Here’s an example of dust on a GREY press.
If anyone examines this dust in the photo PLEASE notice the press! I’ve no idea the manufacturer but I’m curious to know.
You’re on your own with the dust, but imo it DOESN’T look like,,, sawdust! ;)

“I love this place,” too

Which reloading press color shows visible dust the most?
1-Blue
2-Red
3-Green
4-Orange

Dillon progressive gets the most use followed by RCBS, so this is my order.

Red - most dusty
Orange
Green
Blue - least dusty

Color

Does color really matter? I load on two old Herters that I have totally disassembled, sandblasted, and repainted. I used whatever rattle can paint I had on the bench. They do not require much paint so a half empty can will suffice! I have two more Herters spares buried someplace for when one of the front-line presses ware out. (????????????????) The best part of this is, I have less than $50.00 invested in all 4 presses!

I put 2 of 6 Herter's presses in a local online auction. I mostly use them to deprime. Otherwise they still work fine..shellholders are different but RCBS and other made adapters. I'll still more than break even if they sell for 5 dollars each
