I took this Remington 24 to the range today, big fun. It's almost the same as the Browning takedown .22. I've had two of the Brownings over the years, but they didn't stay. Wish you could get one with a fixed barrel, even though most people like them because of the takedown feature.

The tang sight is a Marbles R10, at least I'm pretty sure it is. It's missing the rear wood screw. I have a book that lists the size needed, someday I'll have to see if I can pick one up. No hurry, I don't shoot it much. Today was oddball gun day at the range for me.

Nice little shooter; few things more fun than a good day at the range with a pleasant .22
