removing right side safety lever

If I buy a 6906, 3913, or similar. Can the Right side safety lever be removed. And only have lever on Left side.

Yes!!
You can depress the spring loaded pin through the tiny hole and then slide the RH safety lever off & the remove the spring & detent
You can also buy a 3913 Lady Smith safety lever & swap it for the original, Cost around $60..

I have a 5903 I'd like to do this with; if I remove the right side per these instructions, what's left on the right side?

There will be two ears left with a hole in the middle..
