Removing scratches on stainless 627

Just got one of the 627-0's from 1989. Always loved them and had a chance to pick one up. The finish is pretty good but there are some minor scratches here there in the finish. What is the best way to get them out and match the factory finish? Have used some scotch brite pads on Rugers but this looks like a more polished finish on this one. Classier gun so it should be, huh. I'm sure some of you know just how to do it. If it would help, I can try to get some pics up later. At work at the moment. Thanks.

PS Did some searching on "scotch brite" and found some stuff. Should have done that first. Any input still appreciated, though.

Scotchbrite pads and mother's mag polish. Your 627 could come out looking like this:
