Replacing front and rear sight on a 686?

What would be a good way to replace the front sight on a 686? I have my eye on one, but someone filed the front into an undercut style, getting rid of the orange insert. The whole thing needs to be replaced.

Also, is it possible to find a used rear sight assembly? This gun is also missing the entire rear sight.
