My wife , who is 86 years of age, is having total knee replacement in the morning. Because of the after effects of a stroke she is facing a tougher than usual recovery and rehab. Without the surgery she faces being bedfast or a life in a wheelchair so she is going for it.
We would appreciate your prayers.

Thanks to all for your thoughts and prayers. The surgery went without a hitch except for taking one and a half hours to get two IV's in prior to surgery. Needless to say she was getting pretty shook. Tomorrow the fun starts with the first walk but she knows some struggles and hurt lie ahead and is ready for it. Again we thank you.
