There's not a great free one. I pay for one of the best databases out there, and it's hit or miss. You get what you pay for, and oftentimes less. Unless you have a bonafide financial interest, like I often do, just block it and call it a day . . .

Yeah, but you have to present a valid reason/current business interest , and I'm pretty sure CLEAR requires a site visit. And it's really expensive.

For most numbers you'd look up, you really don't need to know who it was. For the rest, you could call the number and ask.

Nah. You'd get the wrong caller. I have received calls from my own number. Also had calls from a US Marshal buddy that he didn't make. Even back in the day we had the ability to spoof a number. Make a call to a target using the last baby momma number, you were in . . .
