I had the amazing good fortune to be at Creams' first
performance in San Francisco.
All three were on a completely different level than anyone I have ever seen.
Jack Bruce did more on his bass than most lead guitar players.
He had to given who he was playing with..........

A customer of mine played that DVD for me in his studio, I went and bought it right away. It's the only DVD I've ever bought. I think it needs some play time tonight.

Bruce was a gifted writer, musician, singer and performer. Teaming him up with Clapton and Baker was like lightening in a bottle.

If someone was to ask me who was in Cream I'd say,
"Jack Bruce, Ginger Baker and Eric Clapton."
In that order. I've always named them that way. I never even thought about it until now.

The best base line in rock history, in my view, was the original live Cream recording of "Crossroads." I always liked the song, but then I was hit in the passenger door of my truck, and whatever happened to the speakers, accentuated the base line, and that's when I "really heard it." There goes another one.

Alphabetical order....seems fair to me.
I know a guy named Ziggy thats always felt a day late and a dollar short. I'm a kinda middle of the alphabet kinda guy so I never felt the horrors of alphabetical order and oppression as much as he did.
