On Saturday and Sunday May 27 and May 28 at the Fremont County Fairgrounds in Riverton, WY The Wyoming Weapons Collector organization will meet for their annual Show and Board Meeting. This show has happened every year except 2020 (Covid) for 56 or 57 years. It started as a club show but turned into the State Collector Show.
I have been every year since 2008 and have had a great time every year.
I have seen things from the Indian Wars through the Sand Box Wars here.
There is always something to see.
No jerky, very little flea market stuff. Lots of guns, knives, milsurp, leather, ammo, parts and other goodies will be available for sale or trade.
Debbie and I will be there with Twobitcowboy, Wyoman,and numerous other forum members.
Last year we only had one building due to some illness, deaths, advanced age and a few other problems.
One thing I will honestly say is this is the place where I have seen more S&Ws than any where else except maybe to Colorado State Collector Show in Denver.
If you are thinking about a trip to WY for a summer vacation do it around Memorial Day Weekend. Come to the show and then go see the sights.
I will remind folks as we get closer.
Debbie and I will be heading out in about six weeks.
In the mean time everybody stay safe and healthy.
