I talked myself into buying this rifle ($695). I went to an indoor range today to try it out. I used Remington .357 125 grain SKHP, Federal .357 158 grain JSP, and Federal .38 speical 158 grain FMJ. The Federal seened to chamber the best. The .38's shot almost like a .22, I was suprised at the .357 recoil, less than a 3030 though. The rifle was accurate with everything I used.
When chambering a round the bolt must be used quickly and firmly.
So far I like this rifle and I plan on keeping it.:)

That is a very easy gun to talk yourself into. Not too long ago I talked myself into a Ruger Deerfield 99/44 carbine (the newer model with the action that looks like a dwarf mini). I like it a lot. With three mags it is a great pig gun.
