I can see reasoning for the top rail for this .22 but not the bottom one. Why would you need a lazer or a light on a .22 auto?

How can you holster this gun once all the bells and whistles are attached? Guess that goes for most hand guns.

I wonder if I'd make a quick fortune selling tacticle pencil erasers.

Actually makes sense to me if you're into suppressed pistols.

Suppressors often make conventional sights useless so the top rail would mount an aim point or similar sight. The bottom rail a laser or flashlight.

Perfect rig to hunt possums in your yard at night without disturbing the wife, kids or neighbors.

Gotta have a threaded barrel on a 22/45.;)

As someone who likes and has a number of suppressors, I think the threaded barrel is a great idea, but I ain't none too keen on all the rails.

I wouldn't have considered the .22/45 the gun that started it all. Now if they'd done this to a Mark III ;)

So..in order to keep from waking the neighbors you open yourself to anytime inspections by the ATF? What am I missing?

The Feds may ask you to produce the paperwork for an NFA item but that's it. Absent a warrant, they can't enter your home, inspect, or make you produce or surrender your NFA item. If you're an FFL that's different.

What are you missing? If you don't shoot suppressed you're missing a lot of fun. :D

OIC..Many things I don't know.

Thanks, Jim

I could use it --- add a red dot like an Aimpoint Micro, and a SureFire X300 or etc., and you'd have the nearly perfect nocturnal varmint/camp pest eradicator... skunks and other vermin wouldn't stand a chance... Suppressed, all the better!

A friend of mine has a few suppressors. His reply when asked why he needed a silencer " So I can shoot my machine gun in my basement without disturbing my neighbors. "

threads.............

yessir, they are supposed to be threaded 1/2-28 per their site and e-mail they sent out the other day......
bottom line is at least they ARE available if you want or need one........

TRUE, there is no automatic 4th amendment waiver that comes with a NFA stamp....
Shooting with silencers is fun....
