Ruger has gone and done it now!!!

I like mine:

I like Ruger; cool guns at reasonable prices.

I got my non-removable grips 22/45 for $200. Not a big fan of plastic but a reliable, accurate .22 pistola for $200? What's not to like?

I was ALL over it!:D

I picked up one of the threaded ones with sights, rather than rails, with the idea of getting a can for it at some point. Most of the modern .22 suppressors are small enough in diameter to work just fine with the sights, which are a bit higher than the standard MkIII sights, I think. Just coincidentally, this little gun has the best factory trigger of any Ruger .22 pistol I've ever owned or shot, breaking at a very crisp 3.25 lbs. It also is extremely accurate, easily putting CCI Mini-Mag HPs into about 1.5" at 25 yards. It is my only MkIII, and I don't care for the goofy loaded chamber indicator or the magazine "safety," but otherwise, I am quite impressed with it.

I'm very pleased with mine. Flawlessly cycles HV, SV and SS. It's soda can on a string accurate at 60 yards.... FUN.
One thing that's nice about the 4.5'' barrel is that some HV ammo like cheap Fed Bulk Pack will stay subsonic. That makes for a lot cheaper shooting than buying SV that my 5.5'' Ruger requires.

For those suffering tacticool heartburn over the bottom rail... you can put down the TUMS.... :D
