No sound, but it seems like this Russian cop uses mostly nonverbal communication anyways...
Nobody even kicked a shoe at him.

Ouch!

Will most likely end up as a training video, personally I like his style.

Huh?
Looks like every alley in Chicago's 43rd ward, circa 1962'?
Care to guess as to whether or not the goof near the end, was trying to show the Russian cop a translation of his Miranda rights?

I don't think that is a Russian cop. It looks like there are slot machines and other gambling devices there, and gambling in Russia is controlled by the Russian Mafia. The "cop" is probably a thug hired as security. He was probably reprimanded for being too gentle.

This is EXACTLY why restraints on police use of force must be strongly upheld. Don't think the same thing has not happened here and will again in the future.

Rewster,
Your correct sir,..... maybe that party will learn his lesson from that officer and the next time he's contacted he will be far more compliant.

Only one problem with this type of behavior. If one guy knows his anatomy, the other guy ends up maimed for life, unable to play these little games anymore. But most thugs are too stupid and uneducated to know how to permanently blind a guy with one finger.
