Gov. Sanford has signed S.593.This is a great day for the safety of OUR children. Sorry about yours.
The criminals will no longer have a "gun safe zone" in which to kill kids!
Concealed weapons permit holders (not you "regular citizens") can now have their guns in the glove compartment or trunk of their car while on school property!
No longer will ONLY the criminals be able to have access to their guns while on school property.
Thank God common sense has prevailed and parents are no longer required to drop their kids off without having their firearms available.
I can't wait to hear the arguments from the morons against law abiding folks not having to disarm before they enter school property. I'm sure someone will have the opinion that now all of a sudden the schools became less safe. Which would be correct.....they are MUCH less safe for a would be killer now that regular folks aren't required to have nothing to stop them.
A happy day in SC for everyone but school children killers. The odds just got better for the "good guys" here in SC!
Oh yea, I heard today us hicks here in SC have a AAA credit rating for the state. One of nine states rated that high, I think. I love Governor Sanford, the fact so many don't makes him all the more likable. ;D
In celebration I bought a Springfield Armory XD 45.........holds 14 rounds of .45 caliber. It's a good backup to the 20 rounds of 9mm in the XDm
