I saw another model I never heard of Model 13 in 357mag,blue, ex police gun for sale on another board, beauty!

If it has standard sights I think it is the one ordered by NYSP I don't think they were ever issued. We had one in LNC looks like a standard Mod 10-4 w/heavy barrel but is chambered for 357..

How does the model 10 compare to the model 28 highway patrolman? I know my model 10 is a .38 while the 28 is a .357, otherwise? are they similar to grip or is one larger or smaller than the other?
thanks.

I have a 10, and have purchased a 28 from Florida, but it hasn't arrived yet.

All of this Model 10 talk got me in a picture postin' mood. Below is my 10-5. It was originally shipped to The Wackenhut Corporation, c/o Goddard Space Command, in late 1968, just in time to provide security for the first moon shot.

My S&W Model 10-8, 4" heavy barrel.

I picked this up a few years ago at a local gun show. When I got it home my wife promptly stole it for her bedroom gun!!! I got the Tyler Grips from a fellow forum member...at the time they were $15 included shipping!

I'm still looking for another one!

Road Rat, Bud's gets and sell Model 10's very reasonable. My 10-8 was $269, shipped to my F.F.L. Ex police guns, but most are good shooters! They are out now, and recently had gotten a batch of 3" guns and a batch of 4 inchers. These were from Australia. Bob
