S&W 22S into a speed gun

The wife wants to shoot steel challenge. I am having trouble getting the 22S modified for speed. Need barell work, trigger work and such. My local gun shop will not do the work. Any help would be appreciated.

What kind of barrel work are you looking to do? Comp? Fluting?
I just picked up a 22A to play with and figure out what I can do to the trigger.
