Not that familiar with values on these; mostly play around with revolvers. Have a guy that wants to trade me a Gen 1 S&W M&P 9 with 5 mags and original box in very good condition for some fishing gear. What's a fair value for that pistol? Thanks

Do you know the round count, even if approximate?

There are quite a few LE surplus/trade-ins of this model on the market, which brings values down. $400 with the extra magazines sounds about right.

Yep. The 4 digit is the date code in Julian. Should be Oct 19, 2011.
