Violins won't work, but you can use a pencil. They are fun to shoot. Enjoy it.

I don't understand the significance of the Brazilian discussion...does yours have Brazilian marks?

I gave $500 for mine with on finish. Correct but not number grips. It also came with the letter mine shipped in 1918.
It goes good with my 625JM.

Did anyone else notice that the date in the letter looks way too early for serial number 127709?

I wonder if Roy inadvertently typed 1917 when he meant to type 1918. Or if he left a digit out of the s/n when checking the records.
