I was pleasantly impressed with the balance and heft of the 4" K frame 32 with that full underdog. I didn't think I would like it as well as I did. it just seems to hang on the target naturally, and what little it has been in a holster it seems to ride well. I'm thinking a full lug 6" would be too much of a good thing for my purposes. I hope you will enjoy it as well. :D

I think the 4 inch versions are great but actually shoot the 6 inch better. Both are great fun to shoot with 100 grain cast bullets with about 3 grains of Titegroup. I think Bruce got the pick of the litter on the combats though.

Nice Mr. Green

I am not seeing many of these for sale around this neck of the woods although I am a .32 fan and in the market. The question I shouldn't ask is what is the going price these days? No Sir, you are not required to answer but it will prepare me if one turns up. I do very much appreciate the great photos and those stocks are a welcome lighter color, nicely figured & very attractive!

S&W 16-4 4" .32 H&R Magnum

I sold my 4" to a friend, & regretted it almost immediately. Last year I found another 4" for a few hundred more bucks (:o), but it came with all the accoutrements, so I'm on happy street again!

I won't be selling this one!:D

Your's is a real beauty, BD! Congrats!

I've never ever even seen one of those in the wild, only in pics on this forum.
The OP's gun looks like it just came out of the box for the first time. It's quite a find in my book!

I bought my 6" in 2012 and darn glad I did. The .32 Wad-cutters are like .22's in this gun, and the 100 grain XTP's I load will do most anything I would want to do with it. I do think it is too light for deer, but would take anything up to that size. And, no, I don't want to ream it out for .327.
