I have a early model 39, 6353x Condition is close to excellent and it has the two S&W marked mags. Can someone tell me the ship date? Also what would this be worth? I was laid off and my have to sell

I am in SoCal as well, these are a little hard to come by due to the law regarding dealer sales here so there is usually a premium added to any local sale between individuals as that is about the only way to get one now. Anywhere else most would likely call it a $300 to $350 gun if you don't have the box and all the accesories it came with, worth a little more in Cali to most collectors if it is nice. If you decide to sell check out calguns.net as there is a classified section and if priced reasonably this would sell quickly there.

Serial number range began in 1954 at 1001 and continues to 115000 in 1970. Applies to Models 39,41, 44,46 and 52.

That price sounds about right, more or less depending on location.

I have a 39..SN 38XXX was shipped Nov of 1961..be safe to say yours is probably early-mid 60's.
