I take out my colt officers match revolver in 22lr which is on the old 44 frame which is close to a trooper 357mag frame. And I would like to see a S&W N Frame in 22lr/22and? Offer a 4", a 6" and a 8 3/8" barrels. Offer a bundle price on all three or just two?
In the s&w world famous nickel finish or blue. It works for me.

We need a practice revolver, the affordable 22cal ammo to go with our n frame magnum. Either a convertible 22lr/22wmr or two different revolvers in each caliber.

These little 22 pistols just aren't hitting there mark with me. I want a wheel gun that's a 22cal. I don't want anymore freaking auto' s.

I really don't think the wheel gun is dead yet unless the manufacturers let it die. It's just time to offer something that no one else offers. S&w has always done this in the past. To regain being a leader in the revolver market when pistols is the preferred handgun of choice would be awesome.

A pistol is just a pistol but a revolver has class. It's time for a change, something new? Bigbill

Btw. S&W revolvers are like a fine wine I don't think we have seen there best developments yet?

i like the idea ,might be a little heavy as a 6 shot, theres probably room for 17 -18 rounds in that cylinder .
i would welcome a 22 that was identical to my 629 though.heavy barrel and all.
would people pay 800-1100 for an n frame 22? probably .
