I signed up recently after being a S&W owner for about 40 years.
My first .357 magnum was a model 28, in those days they cost $125, and that was a half month's pay.
Over the years, I've owned over a dozen Smith's, several Colts, and a bunch of Rugers. Presently I'm down to two S&W revolvers (a late 70's chrome model 19 with 2 1/2" barrel and a chrome model 36), and a 422 semiauto pistol I inherited from my Dad.
I shoot cast bullets almost exclusively, and I enjoy the casting/handloading as much as the shooting. I have a sparcely supplied machine shop, lathe, milling machine and make as many of my own tools and reloading supplies as my abilities allow.
You may have seen my "handle" before, as I visit a lot of shooting/reloading forums. I've already spied a lot of familiar folks.
