Very nice Spackler.....That's about as good looking as a pistol can get. With a pistol like that, it's no wonder why we are all addicted.

I know of one NIB - it may be up for sale....

That is a 9mm "Stocking Dealer Exclusive Performance Center Compact", Product Number 170053.

As far as I know, they were offered in limited numbers, only in 1994. They were also made in .356 TSW (Product Number 170052) and .40 S&W (Product Number 170054).

They can be found, but it takes some looking. I also have a SD .356 TSW, and I am still looking for a SD .40 S&W.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and make wild guess that Smithnut like DAO semi-autos. Very nice collection.

SmithNut, what model is in the second to last picture please?
Thanks!

That gun is a one of a kind PC40 (40 Limited) made in DAO configuration. This was special made for a police chief in the suberbs of Chicago (I'll have to dig the info out that was provided by the seller, a member here). It is a very neat gun, yes - I do like DAO Smiths - and this one, as well as the PPC9, are both unique guns that were produced by the PC.
I'm very fortunate to have these, they are both great shooters.

Very nice Sigma.....they are probably the most underrated Smiths out there. I have shot many and find them all to be excellent shooters. There is a great write-up/review in this forum that really touts the greatness and reliability of these pistols.

Thanks! I wish that Smith made a (current) compact Sigma or at least a Sigma with a .45ACP. I've put about 700-800 rounds down the pipe with no problems what so ever.
