Which upper will fit the Sport Model and whose models are compatibile with the S&W. I would like to fit a 6.5 Grendel to the lower of my S&W Sport, will this work and whose will?

Any upper designed for use on a mil spec or commercial standard AR15 will work with your lower. However, with some calibers other adjustments to the lower such as trigger may also be called for. Hammer weights and forces vary but in general, you're good to go.
