Hello, all... I thought this might be best posted here. I'm also a member on The High Road board/Forum. A new owner of a 1905 S&W
.38 Special got it - removed the grips and found a past owner's name and place was all
hed, but he posted some pics. worth looking at

Great story. I bet that gun got bashed over the head of more than one or two goof-balls over those years. For some reason, Chief Fitzgerald dosen't look like he took too much lip from anybody.
