I've got a 32 long. It does have the logo on the frame. Serial number on the butt but not on the cylinder or the top of the barrel. #7384××.

Can you show us a photo of the gun? That would eliminate a lot of guesswork to establish the correct ID and age.
In that no-prefix-letter serial number range, it would have to be early 1960's. They stopped stamping the barrel and cylinder by then too. I'm thinking 1963, 1964, 1965 - something like that. The book just shows a range so it's hard to pin down a year. It also should have a model number stamp in the yoke.
Is this it, Model 31? This is from the 1961 circular.

We need pictures. He says it chambers 32 Long. Might be a Model 31 we will see.
